Report Of Persons Occupying Managerial Positions Who Are Related To A Director, Chief Executive Officer Or Substantial Shareholder Of The Company

Pursuant to Rule 704(11) of the SGX-ST Listing Manual, AEM Holdings Ltd. (the "Company") wishes to announce that there is no managerial position in the Company or any of its principal subsidiaries occupied by a person who is a relative of a director, chief executive officer or substantial shareholder of the Company.
